Returns

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
  • Sale items, accessories, and bodysuits are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • To begin a return, email shoplenorecollective@gmail.com with your order number.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, contact us to confirm availability. Because items sell quickly, you may need to repurchase the desired item and return the original for a refund.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll resolve it right away.


Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or incorrect). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
